There are hundreds of millions of Job Seekers worldwide. Therefore we expect to establish a network of a minimum of 500 podcast hosts from all over the world within the next 6 months.

InstaJobs Live is a weekly livestream showcasing video profiles of Job Seekers worldwide.

We stream live across multiple platforms and invite talented individuals like you to host and grow with us.

InstaJobs Live

1. Provide the recriutment platform
2. Provide training as required.
3. Promote to Job Seekers, Recruitment Agencies and Employers.
4. Target sponsors

Podcast Host

1. Reach out to Job Seekers worldwide via social media, to invite them to participate as your guests in 10-15 minute interviews on the InstaJobs Live platform. This promotion can be done via direct messaging and social media outreach.
   
   
2. Plan, schedule and conduct pre-recorded or live stream interviews with Job Seekers.
   
   

3. Research the profiles and backgrounds of your guests to develop tailored, professional interview questions.
   
   Pre-formatted questions are provided by management.

4. Upload your Job Seeker interviews to the following platforms: 
   
   - Your social media networks
   - The InstaJobs Live website

5. Promote your Job Seeker interviews on your social media networks.
   
   

6. Encourage your guests to promote their Job Seeker interviews across their social media networks.

7. Manage online communications with guests and sponsors, as required.

🗓️ Minimum Requirement: Podcasters must host at least 2 interviews per month

⏱️ Interview Duration: 15 minutes

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Charismatic and media-friendly

• Comfortable with internet tools and social platforms

• Computer literate with strong communication skills

• Fluent in English and ideally other native languages

• Experienced in podcasting or live shows (optional but an asset)

No technical skills are required — we provide full training!

1. Free account StreamYard.com account for pre-recorded and livestream Job Seeker interviews.
   
   You can also use Zoom, Google Meet, Team or other video recoding platform of your choice.

5. Social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

6. Payment platform to receive funds directly from sponsors.

Businesses worldwide are invited to place 30-second video ads in your livestream episodes at a rate of US$100 -US$150 per spot.

🎯 Hosts keep 100% of the revenue from sponsors and advertisers on their episodes.

Sponsors make payment directly to the hosts.

💸 Earnings potential: US$100 – US$200 per episode from sponsorship.

📣 Sponsors must provide their own ad material.
