This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Spice Holdings LLC, operator of InstaJobs Live, and the individual (“Host” or “You”) who applies to participate as a Livestream Host on the InstaJobs Live platform.

By submitting your application and checking the box below, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Role & Responsibilities

As an InstaJobs Live Host, you agree to:

1. Reach out to Job Seekers worldwide via social media, to invite them to participate as your guests in 10-15 minute interviews on the InstaJobs Live platform.
   
   This promotion can be done via direct messaging and social media outreach.
   
   
2. Plan, schedule and conduct pre-recorded interviews with Job Seekers via StreamYard or other podcast platform.
   
   Experienced hosts will be allowed to do livestream Job Seeker interviews.
   
   
3. Research the profiles and backgrounds of your guests to develop tailored, professional interview questions.
   
   Pre-formatted questions are provided by management.
   
   
4. Upload your pre-recorded interviews to the following platforms: 
   
   - Your social media networks
   - Our scoial media networks
   - The InstaJobs Live website
   
   
5. Promote your Job Seeker interviews on InstaJobs Live across your social media networks.
   
   
6. Encourage your guests to promote their Job Seeker interviews across their social media networks.
   
   
7. Manage online communications with guests and sponsors, as required.

You are required to host a minimum of two (2) interviews per month, with each episode lasting approximately 10–15 minutes.

2. Revenue & Sponsorships

Businesses pay a fee of US$50–$75 per 30-second video spot. See rates below.

All revenue from such sponsorships is yours to keep. You are responsible for negotiating and collecting payments directly from your sponsors.

3. Tools & Access

We will provide:

• Training and tech support.

You must provide your own:

1. Free account StreamYard.com account for pre-recorded and livestream Job Seeker interviews.
   
   You can also use Zoom, Google Meet, Team or other video recoding platform of your choice.
   
   
2. Reliable internet
   
   
3. Laptop/desktop + smartphone
   
   
4. WhatsApp account
   
   
5. Social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
   
   
6. Payment platform to receive funds directly from sponsors.

4. No Cost To Become A Host

There is no cost to become a host of the InstaJobs Live team.

5. Code of Conduct

Hosts must conduct themselves in a respectful, ethical, and professional manner. Inappropriate behavior or failure to comply with platform guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your hosting privileges.

6. Independent Contractor

As a Host, you acknowledge that you are operating as an independent contractor. This Agreement does not create any employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture.

7. Termination

You may cancel your participation at any time with written notice. InstaJobs Live reserves the right to suspend or terminate this agreement in cases of misconduct, breach of agreement, or non-payment of fees after the trial period.

8. Amendments

Spice Holdings LLC reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on the official website.
